  • Acquired an existing 64-000 sqm ready-built facility now called ALogis Santo Tomas
  • Acquired 55 hectares of land for the future Batangas Technopark
  • Broke ground for first A-FLOW data center campus with FLOW Digital Infrastructure
  • Acquired a cold storage facility in Cebu for ALogis Artico Mandaue
  • Acquired 2 cold storage facilities within Laguna Technopark
  • Celebrated the 30ᵗʰ Anniversary of Laguna Technopark
  • POPI changed its name to Ayalaland Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC)
  • Launched Laguindingan Technopark and Pampanga Technopark
  • ALI entered into a Deed of Exchange with POPI for shares in LTI
  • Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) entered into a Deed of Subscription with POPI
  • Incorporation of Prime Orion Philippines Inc. (POPI) as an investment holdings company with interests in real estate, manufacturing, finance and non-life insurance
