Job Description:
- Timely issuance of monthly billing to merchants
- Responsible for the collection of receivables
- Issue collection letters to delinquent merchants and implement sanctions, if necessary
- Attend to merchants’ issues and concerns
- Responsible in recording/posting of collections in SAP
- Ensure timely collection of creditable withholding tax from merchants including clearing in SAP
- Prepare collection reports, analyses of accounts, and monthly monitoring
- Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded including preparation of monthly closing entries and account schedules
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila
- A graduate of Bachelor’s / College degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Commerce or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 years experience, specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting of equivalent

Operations Management:
- Assists the Operations Manager in all aspects;

- Handles security, housekeeping and maintenance;
- Enhances the property and ensuring compliance with building codes through projects and building development;
- Prepares and reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects; and
- Monitors construction or renovation works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly implemented; Provides status updates to Facilities Manager
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Though not critical, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and / or, sales and marketing
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Customer service oriented
- Good leadership skills
- Proficient in verbal and written Cebuano, Tagalog, and English
