Building Thriving Industrial Communities
April 24, 2025
โAs we forge ahead in 2025, we remain committed to energizing more industrial communities to support regional development.โย
AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) held its 2025 Annual Stockholdersโ Meeting virtually on April 24, 2025. The meeting highlighted the company’s strong performance in the face of economic headwinds, as ALLHC reported notable growth in 2024 marked by a 48% jump in revenues to โฑ 5.2 billion and a 10% growth in net income to โฑ 701 million, primarily due to strong industrial lot sales and a stable performance in the leasing business.
This growth was supported by strategic expansions in its dry warehouse and cold storage leasing business. ALLHC expanded its warehouse portfolio by completing a built-to-suit retail facility in Cavite Technopark, finishing ALogis Mabalacat 1, and beginning Mabalacat 2 construction. It also significantly increased cold storage capacity by launching Artico Santo Tomas and Artico Mabalacat after acquiring three facilities.
Recognizing the growing importance of digital infrastructure, the initial 6 MW phase 1 of A-FLOW, ALLHC’s data center joint venture in Biรฑan, Laguna, is expected to be ready in 2025. This partnership with FLOW Digital Infrastructure aims to meet growing data storage demand and support the Philippines’ digital transformation.
Furthermore, ALLHC is committed to environmental sustainability. Working towards the Ayala Groupโs goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, 90% of ALLHCโs total renewable energy is now derived from renewables.ย
Concluding the matters discussed at the stockholders’ meeting, Emilio Lolito Tumbocon and Agustin Montilla IV were elected to the ALLHC board, in place of Rex Ma. Mendoza and Jessie Cabaluna.
