Role Overview
JOB PURPOSE
- To establish positioning, identify target customers, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across mall market segments.
 - To assist in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
 - To analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
 - To create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across possible platforms and extract key insights for future campaigns / marketing program developments.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
 - Launch and implement initiated events and promos including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family events in the quality standard of the Commercial Business Group
 - Help achieve mall venue rent income target and marketing recoveries including sponsorship and other opportunities
 - Handle communication and PR efforts to increase awareness of Tutuban Center initiated events and promos
 - Assist merchants in the conceptualization of specific marketing programs to promote their brand and branch in the mall
 - Developing consumer-oriented marketing products, events and branding strategies.
 - Developing and launching marketing initiatives and identifying new customers.
 - Incorporating emerging solutions and technological advancements in new products.
 - Monitoring key marketing metrics and developing market segmentation models.
 - Collect and analyze consumer behavior and competitors’ data (e.g. foot /web traffic, products / offerings, activities and rankings).
 - Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
 - Establishing targeted customer and industry partnership networks.
 - Liaising with management and operations teams.
 - Support the implementation of all cost savings, recoveries and sustainability projects as well as improve efficiencies in all operational areas.
 
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross- functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
 - Actively participate and communicate in the team-based work groups.
 - Other functions that may be necessary to the overall function.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of BS Business Administration- major in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Communication or any similar course
 - At least 2-years work experience in marketing and events management
 - Familiarity with graphic design and digital marketing is an advantage
 - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, fast-learner, proficient in English, experience in organizing events, good communication skills, multi-tasker
 - Willing to work on weekends
 - A resident of Tutuban Center or nearby areas.
