ALLHC was once again acknowledged as it was honored with the 3 Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) during the Golden Arrow Recognition last September 28, 2023 at the Golden Ballroom in Okada Manila.
This marks the third occasion when ALLHC has been commended, alongside other leading publicly listed companies and insurance firms in the Philippines, based on the 2022 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) assessment results. ALLHC Chief Operating Officer Patrick Avila received the award on behalf of the company.
The ACGS aims to raise the corporate governance standards and practies of the country and to make well-governed Philippine publicly listed companies attractive to investors. The Golden Arrow is awarded to companies that achieve a score of at least 80 points in the ACGS Assessment. There are 5 levels of performance with corresponding scores that will identify the number of golden arrows.
The ICD is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to the professionalism of Philippine corporate directorship as well as raising the level of the country’s corporate governance policy and practice of world-class standards.
