AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. has earned the Gold Stevie for Company of the Year in the Real Estate (Medium-size) sector and the People’s Choice Stevie Award at the recent International Business Awards.

Robert Lao, president and chief executive officer of ALLHC, expressed his gratitude to the IBA for acknowledging the organization’s dedication to excellence.

“We thank the International Business Awards for recognizing our organization’s commitment to excellence. This award is a testament to our future-forward growth strategies with our diversified industrial real portfolio,” he said.

ALLHC has over 300,000 square meters of gross leasable area in its ready-built facilities across five locations.

ALLHC’s Gold Stevie Award in the Company of the Year category automatically qualified them for People’s Choice, where public votes determined the winners across various industry categories following a five-week voting period.

Lao emphasized that the award reflects the company’s forward-thinking growth strategies within its diversified industrial real estate portfolio. He also shares the recognition with those who align with their mission of propelling industrial communities toward a sustainable future.

“We share this recognition with everyone who believes in our mission of energizing industrial communities towards a sustainable tomorrow,” he said.

The judges lauded ALLHC for their outstanding business performance and accomplishments in 2021 and 2022, praising their skillful balancing of commercial success and social responsibility.

IBA reiterates ALLHC’s dedication to building long-lasting value, helping communities, and adopting sustainability in its operations — establishing them as a strong and responsible participant in the Philippine real estate logistics sector.

“Nominations to the IBAs get better every year, and this year’s class of Stevie winners is the most impressive yet. The winners have demonstrated that their organizations have set and achieved lofty goals. We congratulate them on their recognized achievements,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller.
