Bernard Vincent O. Dy

Mr. Dy, Filipino, 59, has been the Chairman of the Board of the Company since April 21, 2022. He is a Director since February 24, 2016. He served as the Chairman from February 24, 2016 to April 12, 2018.

He is the President and CEO of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), a publicly-listed company, and a member of the Ayala Group Management Committee since April 2014. He is also a Director of other publicly-listed companies, AREIT, Inc. and MCT Bhd of Malaysia. Mr. Dy earned a degree of BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in 1985, an MBA in 1997, and Masters in International Relations in 1989 from the University of Chicago.
